Star Tool, also known as Master AOL and the Master Tool, is an additional menu on the AOL client used by AOL developers. After Star Tool is installed, an additional menu will be placed before the “File” menu. It can be accessed by clicking the asterisk.

  [n:dec] win32 by Ras FDO91 by Slushie the best screen name manager. instructions on how to use this is included in the zip. basically n:dec sits on your AOL menu and u can edit and new user reset your aol. aol4-9 (works for 9.0 optimized but i don't think it works for any of the other/newer AOL 9.0s)

The reason why this file is so big is because I made this program in Visual Basic 3.0 and Vb3 didnt support jpeg files and mp3 files because they didnt exist back in the early 90's when vb3 was made. So I had to use which WAV files are a lot larger than mp3 files and 24-bit bitmap images which are A LOT larger than.....
