TIME WARNER CORPORATE EMAIL ADDRESSES
Brief covering the change to the Time Warner corporate email addresses
- On February 1st 2002, any email addresses ending in “twi.com” will stop working. The Employees that once used these addresses need to switch to an address ending in “@aoltw.com” or “@aol.com”. All Employees of Time Warner Corporate should have an alias that ends in either “aoltw.com” or “aol.com”
- Any mail that was sent to an address containing “@twi.com” and archived will be accessible. Archives are automatically created for the Employees, and are stored on the local desktop. They will continue to be available via Outlook. If an Employee accidentally deleted their archives, a ticket should be created to have the archive backed up from the network. New messages sent to “@twi.com” addresses after January 31st will be kicked back to the sender.
@twi.com No Longer Works

Employees must use:@aoltw.comor@aol.comAddresses beginning February 1st, 2002

- If you receive a call from an Employee who doesn’t know their correct email address or AOL screen name, a ticket should be created for the appropriate Account Manager.
